1. Integrate, coordinate and enhance space science and technology national community.

2. Support the creation of infrastructure to develop space science and technology at UNAM.

3. Promote and support multidisciplinary education programs.

4. Perform strategic studies in space science and technology to prospect its growth in Mexico, and support the development of the University Space Plan and Mexico’s National Plan of Space Activities.

5. Take part in relevant critical decisions and provide advice in public policies development.
